What makes a deluxe flushing porta potty different?
A deluxe flushing porta potty has a foot-pump fresh-water flush, so guests see a clean blue bowl instead of the tank. A small sink with soap and paper towels sits inside. A deluxe unit needs no power or hose, so it works anywhere a standard unit fits.

Will a deluxe flushing unit fit in my backyard?
A deluxe flushing porta potty has the same 43.5-inch width as a standard unit, so a 48-inch gate works. Fresh water is loaded on delivery. For parties longer than a day with more than 50 guests, ask about a mid-event refill so the flush and sink keep working.
Good fit for
- Bridal and baby showers, rehearsal dinners, graduations
- Backyard weddings under about 75 guests
- Office or retail sites where staff and visitors share a unit
- Anyone who dislikes looking into an open tank
Choose something else when
- Large weddings that want lights, mirrors and AC: choose a restroom trailer
- Rough job sites: a standard unit costs less and is tougher
- Wheelchair users: choose the wheelchair-accessible unit

Questions about the deluxe flushing porta potty
How much does a flushing porta potty with a sink cost?
A deluxe flushing porta potty with a sink costs $295 for an event lasting up to 7 days within 25 miles of St. Peters. Delivery, setup, pickup, toilet paper, soap and towels are included. For long-term use, a deluxe unit is $249 per 28 days with weekly service, plus a one-time $65 delivery and pickup.
Does the flushing unit need water or power from my house?
A deluxe flushing unit needs no hose and no outlet. The fresh-water tank is filled on delivery and powers both the foot-pump flush and the sink. That makes it a good pick for barns, fields and backyards with no hookup nearby.
Is the sink inside the porta potty or outside of it?
The sink is inside the deluxe unit, so each guest washes in private. If you want a sink outside for a food line or a kids' table, add a two-sink hand-wash station for $135. Both can be delivered together.
Can we save money with a flushing unit instead of a trailer?
Two deluxe flushing units cost $590 for an event, while a 2-stall restroom trailer starts at $895 per weekend. Deluxe units also need no power, water or level 25-foot pad. A trailer is the better choice when the wedding has more than about 100 guests or wants AC and lights.
How many guests can one deluxe unit handle?
Plan one deluxe flushing unit for every 200 guest-hours, the same as a standard unit. A 50-guest shower lasting 4 hours needs one deluxe unit. Fresh water for flushing runs low first, so add a second unit or a refill visit for longer parties.
