When do you deliver and pick up for a weekend party?
Weekend party units arrive on Friday or Saturday and leave on Monday. The event price covers up to 7 days, so an early drop or a Monday pickup costs nothing extra. Choose a morning or afternoon delivery window, and the driver texts about 30 minutes before arriving.
- Saturday delivery is available for Saturday-evening and Sunday events
- Nobody has to be home: mark the spot and leave gate notes
- Free cancellation up to 24 hours before delivery if plans change
Where should I put a porta potty at a backyard party?
Put a party porta potty on flat, firm ground, about 20 to 50 feet from the eating area, with the door facing away from the crowd. A side yard, the end of the driveway or a spot beside the garage all work. Leave a clear path so guests do not cross the kitchen to reach it.
Evening party? Put the unit near a porch light or add a battery lantern. On grass, avoid low spots that hold water after rain. A standard unit needs a 48-inch gate; a wheelchair-accessible unit needs 66 inches.
Do public events and festivals need wheelchair-accessible units?
Public events where portable toilets are clustered need at least 5 percent accessible units in each cluster, and never fewer than one, under 2010 ADA Standards section 213.2. A 20-unit festival needs 1 accessible unit; a 40-unit festival needs 2. Confirm local rules with your permit office or venue.
Festivals, car shows and charity walks often also need hand-wash stations near food and a mid-event service visit on multi-day events. See the U.S. Access Board guide.

Questions about event porta potty rental
How much is it to rent a porta potty for one day?
A one-day party pays the event price: $165 for a standard unit within 25 miles of St. Peters. That price covers up to 7 days, delivery, setup, pickup, toilet paper and sanitizer. There is no hourly rate, so a 4-hour party and a 3-day weekend cost the same.
We're having about 80 people. Do I need two or three?
Eighty guests for 4 hours need 2 standard porta potties using our chart of one unit per 200 guest-hours. Stretch the party to 6 hours, or serve beer and wine, and plan for 3. Add one hand-wash station if food is served.
Our party is Sunday. Will you deliver on the weekend?
Saturday delivery is available. For Sunday parties, the unit usually arrives Friday or Saturday and leaves Monday, at no extra charge. Tell us the start time and the unit will be in place, cleaned and stocked well before the first guest.
Is there an extra fee for an early drop-off or a Monday pickup?
An early drop-off or a Monday pickup costs nothing extra, because the event price already covers up to 7 days. Extra charges only apply for same-day delivery ($50), distance past 25 miles, or mid-event service visits ($55).
Can I get a rough price to get it approved by the church board?
Call or send the form and an itemized quote comes back by text, ready to forward to a board, sponsor or spouse. It lists each unit, delivery and pickup, any distance charge and tax. Nothing is charged until you book.
What if someone tips it over or damages it at the party?
Party units are heavy and stable on flat ground, and they can be staked on request. The renter is responsible for vandalism, fire or deliberate damage, which is rare at private parties. Normal wear and messy use are covered by the rental.
