When does billing start and stop?
Billing starts on delivery day and repeats every 28 days while the unit stays on site. Billing stops the day you call or text for pickup, not at the end of the cycle. The unused days are credited back. The first charge covers the first 28 days plus the one-time delivery and pickup.
Example: a remodel runs 40 days. You pay the first 28-day cycle, then 12 more days when you call for pickup. Nothing renews automatically after you ask for pickup.
Do I need a porta potty during a bathroom remodel?
A home with one bathroom needs a porta potty for the days the toilet is pulled, the floor is open or the water is off. Contractors also need a toilet on site, and many crews will not share a homeowner's bathroom. A driveway unit keeps workers out of the house and protects new flooring.
- Driveway placement near the garage works for most homes
- Check HOA or trustee rules in subdivisions before a long rental
- November–March: brine antifreeze at every weekly service

Questions about monthly porta potty rental
When would the first payment be due — at delivery or 28 days later?
The first payment is due at booking and covers the first 28 days plus the one-time delivery and pickup. The next charge comes 28 days after delivery, only if the unit is still on site. Call or text for pickup and billing stops that day.
I called for pickup two days before the cycle ended. Will I be charged again?
A pickup request made before the new cycle starts means no new charge. Billing stops on the day you call or text, and you get a text confirming the request. That text is your record if a pickup ever falls on a later route day.
It's for construction at my house, not a business. Is that okay?
Homeowners rent monthly units all the time for remodels, additions, pools and roof jobs. The price is the same as a contractor's: $149 per 28 days with weekly service. Pick a driveway or side-yard spot and the driver handles the rest.
Can I pay for three months at once?
Prepaying several 28-day cycles is available for long projects and seasonal sites. Ask during the call. Unused full cycles are refunded when you call for pickup early.
Our water is off for a week. Do we pay the monthly rate?
A water shut-off or septic repair lasting up to 7 days uses the event price instead: $165 for a standard unit, with delivery and pickup included. Longer outages switch to the 28-day rate with weekly service, which costs less per day.
