How many wedding restrooms do I need?
A 150-guest wedding lasting 5 hours with a bar needs 5 standard-size toilets: our chart gives 4 for 750 guest-hours, plus 1 because alcohol is served. A 3-stall restroom trailer covers about 100 to 150 guests. A 4-stall trailer covers about 150 to 250 guests.
Worked example: 150 guests × 5 hours = 750 guest-hours. 750 ÷ 200 = 3.75, rounded up to 4 units. Alcohol adds 1 unit for every 5 (at least 1), so the total is 5. A 3-stall trailer plus one accessible unit covers the same need with more comfort.
What should I check at a barn or vineyard venue?
Check three things at a barn or vineyard venue: a level spot the trailer can reach, an outlet within 100 feet, and a dry path for guests. Hilly wine-country venues near Augusta, Defiance and Washington often have long gravel drives and sloped lawns. Send photos of the spot when you book.
