What we collect

The quote form collects your delivery ZIP, dates, unit type, quantity, guest or crew size and phone number. When you call or text, we keep your number, address and order details to deliver and service the rental.

How the form works

Form submissions are sent through Web3Forms, a form-delivery service, to our business email. Web3Forms processes the data only to deliver the message. We do not store card numbers from the website; payments are taken by phone or secure payment link.

How we use it

We use your details only to quote, schedule, deliver, service, pick up and bill your rental, and to text you about that rental. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not send marketing texts without your permission.

Who sees it

Our office staff and drivers see what they need to complete the rental. Payment processors see payment details. We share information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for up to 5 years for tax and accounting. You can ask us to delete contact details that are not needed for those records.

Cookies

This site does not set advertising cookies. If analytics are added, they will measure page visits and calls only, and this page will be updated.
